So You Think You Can Dance Costume crunch

M favorite show of all time is So You Think You Can Dance. Every Wednesday and Thursday night I run in my house in a fever pitch waiting breathlessly to watch it on my DVR. Each piece is like it's own mini-showcase. There's something you are bound to LOVE and probably something you'll love to hate.

  

The costumes often make (or break) a piece. It really tells you what this piece is about and helps the story. I mean really, how many mini black dance booty shorts can one handle in a season??

Here is a great interview with Soyon An, the costume designer for So You Think You Can Dance and the female talent of American Idol... man the time crunch is insane! Enough for you to even forgive that awful alien thing that came out this season... you know the thing I'm talking about.
